8.3.1 Add Machine History Card

Overview: A form for recording a maintenance job: the work done, breakdown hours and any spare parts replaced.

Purpose: Record a maintenance event, including maintenance type, breakdown hours and spares replaced.

Procedure

1.      Complete the form, including the maintenance type, breakdown hours and spares replaced.

2.      Click Submit to create the history card.
