4. Inventory Management

Module Overview

Inventory Management keeps an accurate, live record of everything held in stock — raw materials, cells, modules, finished products and their BMS data. Every item is tracked by barcode, so stock is always traceable.

4.1 Raw Material Inventory

• Maintain a single, accurate record of all raw materials used in production.

4.2 Create Raw Material

• Add a new raw material record to the inventory.

4.3 Inventory Details & Stock Entry

• Open a specific raw material and add incoming stock against it.

4.4 Module Inventory

• Track pack-level modules, their barcode status and the date each was recorded.

4.5 Product Inventory

• Track finished, processed products with their barcode status and record date.

4.6 Cell Grading

• Review cell grading data and isolate the cells that need attention.

4.7 BMS Inventory

• View and download the Battery Management System (BMS) report for each processed product.
