8.1 Machine Master

Overview: The master list of machines for maintenance purposes, with their Machine ID, name, make and department.

Purpose: Keep a record of every machine in the facility for maintenance tracking.

Procedure

1.      From the Maintenance Department menu, open Machine Master.

2.      Review the list of registered machines.

3.      Click Add New Machine Master to register a new machine (see 8.1.1).
