3.5 Complaint Type Master

Overview: The list of complaint categories used across the MES.

Purpose: View the complaint types currently defined in the system.

Procedure

1.      Open the Complaint Master screen from System Settings.

2.      Review the list of complaint types.

3.      To add a new type, follow 3.6.
