4.3 Inventory Details & Stock Entry

Overview: Shows the details of one raw material and its stock. New stock is received here by scanning barcodes.

Purpose: Open a specific raw material and add incoming stock against it.

MENU PATH Menu › Inventory › Raw Material

Procedure

1.      Click the Part Number of the raw material. The Inventory Details page opens.

2.      Click Add Stock at the top-right of the page. The Add Stock dialog appears.

3.      Enter or scan the Barcode.

4.      Confirm the Part Number (filled automatically in most cases).

5.      Click Add Stocks. The new stock is added and shown in the inventory table.
