3.6 Add a New Complaint Type

Overview: A small dialog for adding a new complaint category.

Purpose: Define a new category of complaint for logging production or product issues.

Procedure

1.      Open the Add Complaint Type dialog.

2.      Enter a Complaint Name that clearly identifies the issue.

3.      Click Add Complaint Type to save it.
